Audubon is a close-knit community of only four hundred and eight homes spread across two separate land parcels totaling seven hundred and seventy acres of Florida’s excellent environment. A majority of the homes in Audubon are placed with privacy in mind and overlook either a well-kept fairway, pristine waterways, or lush natural preserves. Surrounding the area, are spectacular shopping plaza’s such as Coconut Point, The Waterside Shops, Coastland Center Mall, and Mercato; in addition, both the Vanderbilt Beach and Bonita Beach are just a few moments away, with great access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Golfing

Eighteen glorious holes make up the golf course at Audubon. Available tee times are easily found due to the limited amount of 335 full-equity golf memberships There is an on-site golf pro shop that is well stocked with top-tier equipment and apparel with competitive member pricing specials.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse at Audubon boasts a gracious space of thirty-five thousand square feet, allowing for a plethora of indoor activities to take place. Book clubs, movie nights, Bridge, Mah Jongg, and Mexican Train Dominoes all occupy residents free time while they enjoy their nights with acquainted new and long time members. There are two dining rooms, The Grill Room hosts up to 100 people for a casual event while the Main Dining Room formally seats up to 200 people. Surrounding the clubhouse is a United States Croquet Association approved croquet court and the Victor 32 Yacht Club (remote).

Fitness Amenities

The Audubon community embraces the Florida lifestyle, including keep a clean bill of health. Surrounding the clubhouse are eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts perfect for a great doubles game with the neighbors, and of course, the 25-meter pool kept heated year-round to 85 degrees. The pool may also be reserved for private catered parties or events. Indoors is the state-of-the-art fitness center with fitness programs and massage services held for your enjoyment and convenience.
